Zurich Cover More is seeking a Project Manager - Digital to join our Group in North America.
The Rapid Learning Lab (RLL) is responsible for Travel Guard's digital and optimization programs with its intermediated partners and marketing execution and optimization for Travel Guard own direct travel product distribution such as travelguard.com int he US. Utilizing technology and data science, RLL delivers compelling digital experiences that drive user engagement and desired next best actions.
The RLL consistently delivers significant conversion growth through advanced analytics and optimized customer experiences across traditional and emerging digital channels
Responsibilities Include:
Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple medium to large scale travel insurance projects. This includes technology integrated and non-integrated partners.
Provide strategic project management support for planning and implementation of digital marketing and optimization solutions and application development engagements from inception to final delivery.
In conjunction with the Rapid Learning Lab and optimization tools teams, engineer and implement enhanced processes, protocol, and capacity for rapid creative content generation, review, approval, loading and execution of programs.
Coordinate communications and project activities with project stakeholders. Manage weekly meetings and status reporting.
Actively facilitate, develop, and manage definition goals and scope of projects, as well as the review and delivery of project deliverables.
Act as the main point of contact between the project team, IT teams, third-party teams, and the business partners.
Identify, guide, report, and track decisions, impediments, issues, or risks that could impact the success of the project.
Ensure all representations of travel insurance sales are compliant with local country compliance regulatory and financial rules.
Coordinate among cross-functional teams to identify challenges and recommend solutions.
Create and maintain detailed project plans/schedules, agendas, meeting minutes, business requirements, …etc.
Basic Qualifications:
Proven project management experience and appropriate recognized PM qualifications. Knowledge of Agile project methodology is a plus.
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written.
3 – 7 years experience of project management experience in digital and multi-national organization. Travel industry or financial services experience is an advantage.
Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support.
Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team player.
Experience working with technical teams, especially in the subject of journey optimization.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud marketing tools is an advantage (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics)
Prior working knowledge of transactional digital experiences. Travel or Financial services an advantage.
Strong communication skills and ability to stay highly organized are critical
