REGIONAL INCOME DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Due to continued sales success, Zurich is looking for a Regional Income Development Executive to support the sales efforts in our {office / market}. This territory includes the state of {state} and may include parts of {other states}. The ideal candidate will live in the territory.

Zurich Direct Markets specializes in providing Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, to the automotive industry. We have a dedicated sales force of F&I professionals who meet regularly and directly with our customers.

Our Regional Income Development Executives support growth and profitability in an assigned region through sales related to Finance & Insurance book of business to maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers. They will also :

• Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts and obtaining referrals for new F&I business opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space
• Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within the dealerships
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders via the relevant medium e-mail / intranet / newsletter to maintain good relationships.
• Attend conferences, seminars, training events and other meetings to promote Zurichs marketing efforts, as needed
• Understand and respond to changing technology / IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy-in to maintain good relationships.
• Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
• Earn a competitive base salary with a generous no cap incentive plan

Compensation for roles at Zurich varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Other rewards may include short term incentive bonuses and merit increases. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill, and education. The salary provided is a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. The starting salary range for this position is $64,600.00 - $105,900.00. This position includes a variable compensation component that is based on an individuals performance under the applicable sales incentive plan.
