What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Program Underwriting Specialist (Property & Casualty) position at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd?
Zurich North America is hiring a Senior Program Underwriter to join our Middle Markets Program team. As a member of Zurichs underwriting team, you will enjoy the opportunity to develop your portfolio management skills and collaborate with many stakeholders.
We will consider talent in the following cities : Schaumburg, IL and Omaha, NE if the candidate has commercial underwriting experience. We will consider a remote employee if the candidate has both underwriting and program experience.
Responsibilities include :
Lead all aspects of portfolio management including :
- Working with stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns for various programs.
- Assisting with Dashboard completion and Game Plan updates.
- Supporting the product development process.
- Executing on referrals from Program Administrators.
- Project work as necessary.
- Participate in underwriting, sales, claims meetings.
- Assist with new program and profitable growth opportunities.

We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply, as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The salary indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary rangefor this position is $120,000.00 - $170,000.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
