The team acts quickly to provide the assistance our clients need to resolve their emergency and get back to enjoying their travel. This may include tracking lost luggage, coordinating emergency cash wire transfers, assisting with hotel check-ins, or helping to replace lost or stolen passports. We provide these services real time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.Basic Qualifications : High school diplomaor equivalentPreferred Qualifications : A record of providing outstanding customer service (1 years preferred)Ability to solve complex problems within an established protocol of procedures and possible solutionsAbility to think outside the boxExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively manage and prioritize tasksAbility to respond to high end clientele with professionalismInternational travel experience and geography knowledge is helpfulProven experience in customer support or the travel industry is a plusJob DetailsFull Time including rotating weekends.1st and 2nd shift available including a shift differential of $3 / hour for nights and weekends.Salary $18.00-$20.00 / hr dependent upon experienceHybrid work modelLocation : Stevens Point, WI and Houston, TXYou are joining us at a pivotal time in our business.
