Zurich North America is hiring an Physical Security and Investigations Specialist to join our Corporate Investigations and Security Services team! We are open to hiring talent in one of the following locations :

Job Summary
Identify and manage physical security challenges, and investigate improper conduct internally and externally.
Analyze trends and activities.
Recommend and execute risk mitigating solutions .
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for interviewing and investigation of improper conduct involving employees, agent, vendors and all other doing business with the enterprise.
Analyzes fraud trends and recommends appropriate action.
Assists in ensuring legal / regulatory compliance.
Stays current with changes in laws that affect investigative activity (i.e., employment law, laws addressing security, etc.).
Conducts a thorough, unbiased investigation and advises management of developments to be used for decision making.
At all times, maintains a high level of confidentiality.
Prepares well written and well documented investigative reports for regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
Analyzes physical security needs and develops risk mitigating solutions.
Works with process partners to manage workplace threats.
Accountabilities :
Develop a simple business case for a defined project to determine potential benefits, clarify therationale for investment and support the planning process
Prepare draft operational processes based on the accepted changes to policies and procedures, to ensure they are up-to-date and reflect the new policies
Research primary data sources, select relevant information, analyze key themes and trends and make recommendations to inform policy and / or product development.
Research best practice in operational process / architecture, review and analyze to support in developing and improving processes and systems relevant to business change.
Act as a technical expert in process / performance / architecture, conducting process reviews and initiating change in order to contribute to continuous improvement of customer services.
Provide specialist advice to address specific technical queries from internal clients and deliver appropriate solutions, in line with the organization's policies and processes and regulatory requirements.
Influence and manage line managers working within transformation projects to motivate those line managers to support the initiatives and program plans
Develop communications plans aligned to change program adjusting to the needs to senior stakeholders and the employee population impacted.
Required :
Preferred :
Corporate physical security and investigations, and / or Law enforcement background preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
Familiarity with insurance operations and terminology
Technical expert in physical security and investigations
Experience with investigations in a corporate setting
Ability to assess physical security risk for company events and apply appropriate risk mitigating countermeasures
Experience managing logistics associated with security at off-site corporate functions
Experience in workplace threat management
Ability to multi-task
Organization skills
Microsoft Office skills
At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply, as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The salary indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $94,050 - $154,000, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
