As the CRM Systems Director, this position is responsible for overseeing the CRM systems and solutions, developing and implementing CRM strategies, and collaborating with various executives and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. This position is responsible for driving Zurn Elkay's customer relationship management strategies and ensuring the effective implementation of CRM initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with the Commercial Sales, Service, and Marketing senior leaders to create and implement CRM solution strategies and roadmaps to drive process improvements, system utilization, and user satisfaction

  • Set and prioritize the roadmap and continuous improvements based on business value

  • Stay current with solution trends and emerging CRM technologies, including integration and AI advancements, to enhance capabilities

  • Own the CRM systems and ensure the solutions provide effective and efficient sales, service, and marketing functions to support the company's goals

  • Use experience in CRM systems to consolidate CRM platforms, functions, and data to build 360-degree views of customers

  • Oversee the development of dashboards and reports to provide executive and operational-level actionable insights

  • Directly lead a team of IT CRM Analysts and Developers - setting performance goals and development plans

  • Work closely with the Commercial teams' senior leaders, CRM process owners, and IT team members to form and lead highly engaged project teams to gather requirements and translate them into designs and implementation plans

  • Evaluate existing processes and CRM transactional data (ex: activities, opportunities, quotes, service tickets) to identify process optimization opportunities

  • Champion new solutions to increase sales funnel management efficiencies and success rates and deploy intelligence / automations to reduce service overhead.

  • Drive the creation and implementation of new CRM programs and projects

  • Directly lead and / or partner with the IT PMO or Commercial team members to lead projects from inception to deployment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 10 years of progressive experience and leadership in CRM management, with a strong background in IT and CRM systems

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies to improve CRM solutions and user satisfaction

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and determine necessary changes to current sales and service strategies

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of designing and deploying CRM best practices

  • Experience in managing budgets for CRM initiatives and ensuring cost-effective delivery of CRM solutions

  • Strong experience with CRM software and tools, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
