Job Details
Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coaching: Mentor team members on SAFe, Scrum, and Agile best practices, specifically within the context of Guidewire.
Impediment Removal: Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team s progress.
Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on team performance metrics, such as burndown charts.
Continuous Improvement: Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement within the team.
ART Coordination: Assist teams in coordinating and participating in Agile Release Train (ART) events.
Guidewire Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the Guidewire platform to support and enhance development processes
Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
09 years of experience working as Scrum Master
Technical Skills:
Agile Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, and other Agile frameworks.
Guidewire Knowledge: Experience with the Guidewire InsuranceSuite, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Experience: Previous experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, preferably within a SAFe environment and with Guidewire.
