```Job Overview:
We are a well-established immigration law firm seeking a friendly and experienced office assistant/receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. You must have FLUENT SPANISH communication skills and be extremely detailed oriented when completing written tasks.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle a high volume of phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation and managing the incoming and outgoing mail
Administrative tasks include filling out various USCIS applications such as FOIA requests, FBI fingerprint cards, work cards, translating for clients during attorney appointments and other miscellaneous tasks.
Experience:
- Must have 1 year of office experience in a professional setting (immigration law a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer savvy and a quick learner
- Bilingual English/Fluent Spanish (Mandatory). We will only be interviewing applicants who meet this qualification.

Note: Hrs. M-Th 9:30 -5:30 Fri 9-5
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
