Seeking a Full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our busy, fast-paced law firm in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate has experience in personal injury, specifically, medical malpractice area of law. Must have experience with lien negotiations. Candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, is dependable, dedicated and detailed oriented.
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for a variety of assignments
that are typically handled by a law firm Litigation Paralegal, including, but not limited to: filings in state and federal court, docketing, preparing correspondence to clients and third-parties, word processing, dictation, and other administrative support matters.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience preferred.
- Professional demeanor; strong communications and problem-solving skills; high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills on phone.
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus.
- Thorough knowledge of PC applications, including MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.50 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
