Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by engaging with potential candidates and maintaining relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with management on organization design initiatives to optimize workforce effectiveness.
- Manage employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Administer workers' compensation claims and assist employees with related inquiries.
- Maintain HR databases and records using systems such as Ceridian and Salesforce for human capital management.
- Facilitate conflict management processes by providing support and guidance to employees and managers.
- Participate in various HR projects aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in HR functions such as recruiting, talent management, or project management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with human capital management systems like Ceridian is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on interpersonal relations.
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques and best practices in employee relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
