What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Consultant - Remote position at Zywave?
If you are an HR guru with a passion for helping others we’ve got the perfect career opportunity for you! Zywave is looking for an experienced Human Resources Consultant to help our customers solve a variety of business problems through our HR Hotline service. In this role you will speak with insurance brokers and small business owners on a variety of HR related topics that might include compliance, benefit administration, employee relations and performance management.

Factors for Success
- You have proven technical HR expertise through professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
- You have at least two years of experience in an HR related role that enables you to easily apply technical information to real-world scenarios.
- You are an excellent communicator able to offer world class service through both written and verbal interactions.
- You are a student of the game with a passion for continuous learning and solving problems.
