The Associate Legal Counsel provides hands-on counsel to all levels of executive staff and manages the operations of legal department. Assists in protecting an organization's legal interest and maintaining its operations within the scope established by law. Being an Associate Legal Counsel may manage attorneys in several legal specializations including tax, litigation, acquisitions, IP, etc. Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and may require admittance to a state bar.
