Responsible for the documentation and filing of loan bankruptcy materials. Responds to calls, concerns, and correspondence for bankrupt loan accounts. Monitors accounts throughout the loan bankruptcy process and contacts the appropriate party when necessary. Ensures full compliance with loan bankruptcy regulations, and verifies the bankruptcy is secured. Distributes account balances and interest rates to the secured and unsecured balances.
