Acts as a point of contact for information requests regarding employee benefit programs and human resources policies. Responds to employee questions and inquiries to improve the overall employee experience. Maintains information systems, prepares appropriate documentation, and processes necessary paperwork. Deploys resources, documentation, and communications regarding program or policy changes.
