Oversees and coordinates front office operations during the hotel overnight shift. Reconciles all hotel cashier transactions, ensures the accuracy of folio billing, posts revenue to appropriate accounts, and compiles various management reports. Checks guests in and out, answers front desk telephone and resolves guest service and billing issues as needed. May require an associate degree.
