Manages due diligence processes to evaluate real estate purchases, assess property value, project expenses, and ensure profitability of assets. Maintains relationships with contractors, banks, investors, ... and various stakeholders. Ensures all real estate activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function.
