M&A Associate - Frankfurt

Our client, a fast-growing M&A advisory boutique based in Frankfurt, is seeking a talented M&A Associate to join their high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, and the ability to take ownership of deal processes from pitch to close. This role offers hands-on exposure to high-profile transactions and direct interaction with international clients and senior executives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage M&A transactions across all deal phases, from origination through to execution and closing

• Prepare detailed financial models, valuations, and strategic analyses to support investment decisions

• Lead the creation of client materials including information memoranda, pitch decks, and management presentations

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, or strategy consulting

• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level)
