Senior Manager – Regulatory Risk & Compliance (Asset & Wealth Management) – Germany

A leading consultancy is looking for a Senior Manager to join their Asset & Wealth Management team in Germany. This is a unique opportunity to help build and grow a new office from the ground up while working with top-tier clients across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Lead regulatory risk and compliance projects across AWM clients.
• Advise on AIFMD, UCITS, EMIR, MiFID II, and other key regulations.
• Manage teams, client relationships, and project delivery.
• Contribute to internal business development and strategy.
• Support the setup and growth of the German office.

Requirements:

• 7 years' experience in AWM regulatory consulting or compliance.
• Deep knowledge of EU/German financial regulations.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to travel across Germany and Europe.
