BDO in Luxembourg is looking for a Junior Internal Controller for Quality & Risk Management.

What will you do?

Assist in the internal audit program and other Quality & Risk Management projects and   initiatives, including planning, execution, and follow-up

• Support on external regulatory due diligence, helping to gather and organize necessary documentation and evidence

• Assist in identifying, assessing, and documenting risks associated with business processes

• Participate in risk mitigation planning and monitoring activities

• Ensure at any time the compliance with all regulatory – legal – professional requirements

• Participate in the internal audit (regulatory & quality aspects / Information Security…)

• Participate in any project reducing risks and enhancing quality: review of operational processes and controls, mandatory trainings, etc.

• Help maintain risk registers and track the status of risk mitigation actions

• Interact with all Quality & Risk Management pillars: AML – KYC / Ethics & Independence / IT Security / GDPR / Economic – financial Crimes 

This offer is for you if:

• You are graduated from a Bachelor´s or Master’s degree in business/management with a major in risk, internal control or quality management

• You are fluent in English and French, German would be an asset

• You are proficient in Excel

• You have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• You are willing to integrate a dynamic and high experimented team

• You are willing to take responsibilities; to discover a large wide of different activities-services provided inside one group

• You have understanding of internal controls, quality assurance, and risk management principles
