Investment Banking Associate, Munich, Germany
Our client, a leading investment banking boutique, is looking to hire an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join their team in Munich. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in executing high-profile transactions within the technology, services, and healthcare, industrials sectors while working closely with top-tier clients and senior executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions within the technology, industrials, and healthcare, consumer sectors.
Develop and maintain key client relationships, providing strategic insights and financial solutions.
Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence to support deal execution.
Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and board presentations for senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution from start to finish.
Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering their professional growth.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or capital markets.
Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
Proven ability to manage deal processes and client relationships effectively.
Deep understanding of the technology, services, and healthcare ecosystems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in both written and verbal communication in English and German (C1/C2)
MBA, CFA, or other advanced qualifications are a plus but not required.
