Job Summary:

Our clients, International M&A Boutique with Transactions globally are seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&A Associate to join their dynamic team in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, including deal origination, financial analysis, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Execution: Manage and execute M&A transactions, including sell-side and buy-side deals, cross-border transactions, and capital raising activities.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial and business analyses, including financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporates, financial institutions, and private equity firms.
• Project Management: Coordinate with international teams to ensure smooth execution of cross-border deals.
• Market and Industry Analysis: Support in conducting market and industry analyses to identify opportunities and trends.
• Presentation and Communication: Prepare presentations for clients, boards, or committees, and effectively communicate investment opportunities.
• Training and Development: Assist in training and mentoring junior analysts.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-6 years of professional experience in M&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Education: Excellent academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Analytical and Communication Skills: Proven analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong preference towards the candidates with experience in Tech, TMT or Software sectors.
