Job Posting for Manager Financial Services (m/f/d) at Changan Europe
Responsibilities:
Coordinating the implementation of European automotive finance solutions, including but not limited to setting strategic goals and development plans, establishing automotive finance business budgets, cost control and risk assessment systems, building management organizations and personnel configurations, etc.
Liaising with banks and other relevant financial institutions to negotiate various automotive finance schemes, including but not limited to interest rate pricing mechanisms, loan terms, risk control conditions for wholesale financing, retail personal loans, and financial leasing. Conduct full process work such as scheme negotiation, inquiry, cooperation clause formulation, agreement text construction and signing, and white labeling;
Conducting regular research on the European automotive finance market, analyzing competitor dynamics and market trends, collaborating with the company's sales department to develop and optimize sales strategies and automotive finance management strategies;
Managing daily automotive finance work, including but not limited to dealer credit management, risk management, assisting dealers and cooperative financial institutions in promoting strategies for automotive finance product solutions, and enhancing the awareness and market share of Changan brand in the European market; Responsible for daily communication, signing contracts, collecting customer feedback, and maintaining good business relationships with financial institutions and distributors, continuously improving the quality of financial services and customer satisfaction;
In accordance with company policies and plans, responsible for recruiting, training, and managing members of the automotive finance management team, developing a team performance evaluation mechanism, and improving the overall quality and work efficiency of the team.
Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor degree or similar and several years of work experience in the automotive or banking industry, with rich experience in European automotive finance management, strong leadership and team management abilities, and the ability to explore and carry out corresponding work;
Familiar with the European automotive, financial markets, and financial solutions for automotive wholesale, retail, and leasing; Familiar with European financial regulations, strong compliance awareness in consumer rights protection, anti-money laundering, industry supervision, etc., able to handle complex legal affairs and avoid legal risks.
Familiar with the situation of European sales competitors, with in-depth understanding of automotive finance development and related businesses, strong sense of responsibility and pioneering awareness, and able to effectively achieve established goals.
Possess global strategic thinking and innovation capabilities, able to coordinate the pace and strategies of market entry according to different situations in European countries, and able to formulate long-term development plans;
Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with the company's sales team, quickly integrate local resources, and promote business implementation.
