Specialist Incentive Management and Dealer Payments (m/f/d)

Position overview:

As an Incentives Management Specialist (m/f/d), you will be a part of the Sales Performance Management team, controlling the incentives process and providing support to the Marketing and Sales teams for the monitoring and operation of incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incentive claims and payment batches, manually or through the incentive management system in accordance with operating rules
• Act as a contact point and support dealers in with all incentive-related items
• Prepare requested material (reports and analyses) for ongoing monitoring of incentives payments in progress to support efficient payment flow and quarterly campaign process
• Attend campaign planning meetings, check campaign offers with Marketing Managers, draft and proofread Campaign Packs
• Ensure incentive offers input to the incentive management system correctly and in time
• Provide support on process planning and improvement for key areas such as SDOA (sales supports), financial reporting, campaign planning etc.
• Act as a backup for incentives system analyst on IMS set-up and payments, credit note production and system development tasks
• Support internal and dealer training on incentives

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in incentive management, controlling or related area
• Result-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multi-cultural teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Must be able to work independently: self-starter.
• Proficient level in English
