Specialist Dealer Standards and Network Management (m/f/d)

Position overview:

The Specialist for Dealer Standards and Network Management (m/f/d) is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the implementation of dealer standards, optimizing the dealer network, and enhancing overall dealer performance. This role involves evaluating dealership compliance, performance measurement, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting strategic network expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Definition and implementation of an audit system to ensure compliance with network standards.
• Conducting audits of corporate standards and corporate facilities, interiors, signage and tools, supporting and ensuring that dealerships comply with the different operational standards of safety, environment and corporate identity.
• Coordination with CI/VI and other suppliers in Europe working closely with the procurement team.
• Dealer performance measurement and benchmarking (dispersion, bottom/high performer analysis, white spot analysis, etc.) and preparation of reports in order to provide management and HQ with sufficient information on the degree of compliance with standards, open network points, etc.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in automotive network development area
• Result-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multi-cultural teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Must be able to work independently: self-starter.
• Experience with MIS
• Drivers license
• Willing to travel
• Proficient level in English
