🚀 What you’ll do:

• Lead M&A and corporate finance projects independently across diverse corporate contexts
• Prepare investment materials, conduct industry and competitor analysis, and evaluate financial models and business plans
• Perform scenario and financial analysis to support key strategic decisions
• Guide clients through every phase of the M&A process, adding measurable value throughout
• Lead and mentor junior team members and take on responsibility within project teams
• Contribute to client acquisition and represent the team externally
• Be part of a collaborative and high-performing team with strong development opportunities

🎓 What you bring:

• A degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus in Corporate Finance or M&A
• At least five years of professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or related areas
• Strong project management skills and confidence in managing clients and teams
• A proactive mindset and the drive to make an impact for mid-sized and larger companies
• Fluent German and English communication skills
