They’re now looking for an Operations Manager to join their production team and play a key role in managing infrastructure development, partner communication, and workflow optimisation across multiple production sites. Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field

• Background in process optimisation with strong adaptability

• Previous experience in a startup, consultancy, fast-growing company, or the automotive sector is a plus

• High flexibility and willingness to travel across Germany

• Strong hands-on mentality, ownership mindset, and solution orientation

• Exceptional analytical and presentation skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and decisiveness

• Fluent in both German and English
