Job Description Summary
Expand our market presence in Europe by fostering awareness and preference for our therapies among key stakeholders, primarily interventional cardiologists.
Plan and execute flawless product launches and campaigns for a pipeline of breakthrough technologies, with a focus on developing and driving processes that ensure effective implementation in the field.
This is a temporary position from May 2025 to May 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-lead the PASCAL program to strengthen differentiation and market penetration.
Support product launch activities
Monitor competitive activities, define and coordinate cross-functional response and execute the marketing response.
Design and execute various marketing initiatives driving differentiation
Ensure marketing support for cross-functional and field teams
Collaborate with Medical Affairs to deliver customer engagement touchpoints
Develop therapy and procedure expertise by creating and maintaining strong relationships with key clinician/therapy leaders.
Collaborate effectively across marketing team and other functions to:
Ensure strong representation of PASCAL at exhibitions, trade meetings, and other events per the business need.
Contribute to the development of the Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapy (TMTT) EU Marketing operating plan
Ensure European needs are communicated and taken into account by global marketing teams
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus.
5 years of successful marketing/ product management experience in healthcare industries or in consumer goods industries
Field experience is a plus
Fluent in English, second European language is a plus
