Our Client a global leading Healthcare company is looking for a CRM/SFE and Insights Manager
Tasks
Make sure the sales team has the right tools, processes, and support to do their job well.
Track sales performance and share useful insights to help the business make smart decisions.
Manage the CRM system, keep data clean, and support the team in using it correctly.
Work closely with other teams like Sales, Marketing, Medical, and IT to stay aligned.
Take care of the budget for CRM and sales tools, making sure everything runs smoothly and follows the rules.
Profile
Over five years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and CRM within the pharmaceutical industry.
Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce-based platforms such as Veeva and IQVIA.
Strong analytical skills with a solid background in using data analytics tools like Power BI.
Proven expertise in customer segmentation, sales analytics, and performance optimization.
Skilled at building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Adaptable and efficient in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
Fluent in German and English, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
