Junior Product Manager

Our Client a global leading German bank is looking for a Junior Product Manager

Tasks

• Oversee the technical management of the App
• Collaborate closely with the IT development team, external partners, and management
• Identify user needs and issues to design user-friendly processes and appealing interfaces
• Focus on optimizing the user experience
• Develop comprehensive concepts integrating backend and app functionalities
• Create user stories
• Make decisions based on user data, customer feedback, and usability testing
• Manage the entire end-to-end process for app development
• Ensure a seamless go-live by thoroughly testing the app

Profile

• University degree in business or IT (e.g., business administration, business informatics, or similar)
• Some experience in developing digital products
• Empathetic and understands user needs, focused on user-centered design (UX/UI Design)
• Creative problem solver who enjoys working in agile teams
• Initial experience in creating mock-ups and prototypes (e.g., Figma or UXPin)
• Fluent in written and spoken German
