H&P Executive Search is partnering with a highly regarded boutique investment bank to appoint a Senior Director for its Munich office. Our client advises innovative mid-market companies across Europe, with a strong track record in technology, software, and digital services — and is now looking to expand its leadership team with a senior dealmaker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and lead execution of M&A and capital raising transactions
• Drive business development across the DACH region and broader Europe
• Act as a senior advisor to clients, building long-term relationships with tech entrepreneurs, investors, and corporates
• Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to a high-performance culture

Candidate Profile:

• 10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related advisory roles
• Demonstrated success in deal origination and execution, ideally in tech or with significant exposure to the sector
• Deep network within the German-speaking mid-market and/or European technology ecosystem
• Strategic thinker with strong client management and leadership skills
• German proficiency, native or bilingual
