Investment Banking Associate

H&P Executive Search is working with a leading boutique investment bank focused on mid-market technology transactions across DACH. Our client is seeking a driven and analytical Associate to join their Berlin office and support the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions across the tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day execution of live transactions, including M&A and financing deals
• Develop financial models, valuations, and client presentations
• Coordinate due diligence and deal processes with clients, investors, and internal teams
• Support senior bankers in business development and relationship management

Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years of experience in tech investment banking, M&A, or private equity (excluding internships)
• Proven transaction execution skills and advanced financial modelling ability
• Strong interest in technology verticals
• German proficiency needed, native or bilingual
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
