Role Overview
To support our growing operations in Europe, we seek a versatile, goal-driven, and experienced HRBP to join our Stuttgart office. This role combines recruitment expertise with office management responsibilities, ensuring seamless local operations and contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities
HR Focus 60%:
Develop a deep understanding of our business, organizational model, and hiring needs. Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to design and execute effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Ensure a thoughtful and positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Proactively source and screen passive talent for current and anticipated roles.
Maintain a robust pipeline of talent to support business growth.
Willingness and capability to take ownership of Compensation & Benefits responsibilities, including but not limited to salary benchmarking, benefits program management, and payroll coordination in collaboration with external partners.
Office Management Focus 40%:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive, well-organized, and welcoming work environment.
Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and facility maintenance to support staff and business needs.
Collaborate with the headquarters team to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Act as the point of contact for local HR-related inquiries, including onboarding, benefits, and employee support.
Plan and organize team events, meetings, and travel as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the tech industry.
Experience negotiating and closing complex compensation packages.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with employees and candidates.
Proven organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dual responsibilities effectively.
Self-starter with a results-oriented, innovative, and adaptive mindset.

Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Exposure to international teams across multiple time zones and cultural backgrounds.
Familiarity with the automotive or technical industries.
Previous experience in office management or similar operational roles.
