Solution Architect Data and Analytics

Hobson Prior is seeking a Solution Architect for Data and Analytics to join our client's team in Frankfurt, Germany. In this role, you will focus on creating and implementing data solutions that meet business needs. You will work closely with various departments to ensure data systems are efficient and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and evaluate the company's data needs.
• Develop standards and principles for data management.
• Design and implement technology solutions using software, hardware, or infrastructure.
• Create a clear vision for data solutions and execute it technically.
• Define how data flows through the organization and manage these processes.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to solve business challenges.
• Analyze how technical decisions impact business processes.
• Identify opportunities for improving processes.
• Guide development teams to create scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in roles like Data Architect, Data Scientist, or Data Analyst.
• Skilled in gathering and analyzing system requirements.
• Passion for working in a global medical technology environment.
• Knowledge of data management, reporting technologies, and cloud services like Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with databases, data lakes, and processing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to balance long-term and short-term project goals.
