Requirements:

• Ideal candidate must have one of the following; either a technical engineering background or some previous experience in sales.
• Strong understanding of technical products and services, along with their practical applications.
• Excellent communication skills, with business-fluent English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Enthusiasm for customer interaction, with a solution-oriented mindset, empathy, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for customers, maintaining active communication and updating the CRM system.
• Independently plan, coordinate, and conduct customer meetings in a solution-oriented manner.
• Support the creation of tailored offers and presentations for customers.
• Research and analyse industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and process optimisation.
• Perform inspections and maintenance, identifying optimization opportunities.
