About ITM
ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
We would like to fill the following permanent vacancy in an hybrid working model in Garching as soon as possible
Your role
Support the team in developing and maintaining longterm partnerships with ITM’s key clients and strategic accounts all over the world
Strong collaboration with the customer and other internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services and address client needs effectively
Provide proactive follow-up and overall account support via the e-mail, calls, online platforms etc.
Creation of quotes, offers and contract drafts
Creation of sales reports and maintaining customer data in the CRM and SAP system
Maintain knowledge of and manage expectations surrounding production, delivery and products
Monitor sales performance metrics such as forecast fulfilment, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
Active participation in different sales projects
Your profile
Completed degree in International Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Min. 2 years experience in a customer facing / supporting role
Experience in the Pharmaceutical Sector not mandatory but advantageous
Willingness to learn about innovative technologies in the field of Nuclear Medicine
Excellent communication and intercultural skills
Strong customer focus and reliability
Proactive and independent way of working
Team spirit, flexibility and interpersonal competency
Skills in SAP S/4Hana not mandatory but advantageous
Fluent business English
