The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure the best candidate experience. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent in a dynamic environment. You will be the employer brand ambassador of Rohlik Group, working closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Develop and implement effective hiring strategies

✔ Network and map je in the market

✔ Own the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

✔ Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience

✔ Partner with hiring managers to fulfill business needs
