HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager for our client, an industrial, and one of the world leaders in its market.

This position involves leading and motivating a HR team of three people to design and implement effective HR strategies aimed at cultivating a positive and inclusive corporate culture.

A major focus will be on increasing employee retention, fostering satisfaction, and driving engagement.

This position requires to speak fluent English and German.

You have 10 years of experience minimum, and you have already managed a team.

You have a confirmed experience on a production site.

You like leading transformation projects, and change management.
