- Assist with the incorporation of legal entities (e.g., Sarl, SA, SCA).
- Support the start-up of new transactions in client entities.
- Manage liquidation processes for client entities (one-step and three-step procedures).
- Handle cash management and preparation of periodical waterfall payments.
- Ensure RCS filings and assist with annual board and shareholders meetings for the adoption of annual accounts.
- Coordinate document execution and distribution for corporate events.
- Manage compliance documentation and KYC updates.
- Provide necessary legal information for CSSF, BCL, FACTA, CRS, and CbC reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly documentation for securitisations.
- Liaise with auditors and provide required legal documentation for the annual audit.
- Handle the legalisation and apostille of documents and other notary requests.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of various corporate registers.
- Backup for other Corporate Officers during absences.
- Communicate effectively with clients, notaries, tax advisors, and auditors on daily corporate matters.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar corporate officer or legal entity management role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree (BAC 3) in Legal or Economic studies.
