Our client is seeking a Compliance Manager to support the compliance officer and senior management in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves developing and implementing compliance frameworks, monitoring regulatory changes, and providing guidance to business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
Develop, draft, and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
Monitor regulatory updates, assess their impact, and provide guidance to stakeholders.
Conduct compliance monitoring, testing, and reporting to identify risks and improvements.
Prepare responses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, and potential breaches.
Provide insights into compliance performance and recommend corrective actions.
Produce reports and management information on key compliance matters.
Oversee the complaints procedure and integrate findings into broader compliance monitoring.
Deliver ongoing compliance training and awareness programmes for staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Experience in policy development, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
