Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join their team and support their ongoing growth and transformation. This role will be pivotal in driving financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning, with an opportunity to contribute to enhancing financial planning and reporting processes. The position offers a dynamic environment where you will collaborate across various departments and regions to harmonise financial processes, tools, and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) in line with IFRS and internal policies.
• Lead the budgeting process and rolling forecasts, providing insights based on performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local finance teams to standardise financial processes and reporting.
• Drive implementation of a new financial planning tool globally, aligning with local forecasting and identifying opportunities for process optimisation.
• Work with teams across regions to harmonise financial processes, tools, and reporting for consistency and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, legal/regulatory requirements, and support audits as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or similar are highly preferred.
• 7 years of experience in financial controlling or management, ideally within a global or multinational organization
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and IFRS compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and standardization across diverse teams and regions.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial planning tools.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
