Customer Service Private Pensions Advisor

Our client, one of the largest life insurers in Europe, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Private Pensions Advisor. You will be responsible for our customer's complete written and telephone support and processing all enquiries regarding contract information, amendments and payouts.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest customer service via telephone and written support for business partners and customers in compliance
• Provide advice on life products, customer and broker enquiries about offers and contracts, especially in the implementation of direct insurance
• Process customer enquiries from quotes, contract changes and disbursements

Requirements

• Previous insurance or similar experience
• Previous experience in private pension schemes is desirable
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable
• Strong communication and customer orientation skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Good MS Office skills

This position is primarily remote; however, you will be asked to attend the office near Frankfurt 4 times a month.
