Technical Support Engineer (German Speaking)

Mannheim, Germany – Onsite

€3000-€3750 per month

Our client is currently hiring a Technical Support Engineer who is fluent in German. You will provide onsite support to authorised users and resolve incidents and problems associated with EUC equipment.

Requirements:

• MUST be fluent in German (B2 With B2 Certificate required) and English.
• 2 years’ experience within IT Support, Windows, Troubleshooting
• Able work independently on-site
• Able to speak with customers in German
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system

This is a full-time contract position for an initial 12 -month period, that may extend up to 18 months.

This is an onsite working position only, with the requirement to be onsite in Mannheim 5 days per week.
