Your mission
Provide technical support to users in our warehouse as well as the attached offices
Troubleshoot and solve issues with software and hardware such as laptops, desktop computers, printers or mobile devices
Work on incidents that are reported in our ticket system (Jira Service Management)
Operation on our local (network) infrastructure
Support the purchasing process of required equipment and materials
Your profile
General interest in IT topics and ideally first professional experience in IT support
Eagerness and willingness to learn (we support you and offer a growth path for your development)
Ability to solve problems independently
Hands on approach (we work in a modern warehouse environment and certain tasks require hands on work)
English skills are appreciated (we are an international company)
Practical knowledge of standard operating systems and office tools
Knowledge of Linux and network solutions is a plus, but these skills can also be acquired on the job
Fluent communication in Polish
