IT Support Specialist

IT Operations is a Competence Center responsible for carrying out tasks and projects in the area of maintenance of: workstations and mobile devices: computers, laptops, tablets, cell phones, printers, servers, operating systems, networks, databases (SQL, Oracle), applications (SCCM, ServiceNow, Zabbix, O365, D365). We are currently looking for a person for the position of IT Support Specialist - apply and join us!

Your tasks

• Troubleshooting technical problems reported by users on software, hardware and networks for desktops, laptops and servers
• Preparation of computer hardware
• Inventorying computer equipment
• Ensuring that service level agreements are met and that incident and request reports are updated appropriately in the customer's ticket system
• Coordinating supplies and orders for the client's office
• Maintain office infrastructure: conference rooms, printers, server rooms
• Conducting the IT implementation process for new employees
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum six months of experience - including internships, apprenticeships
• Ability to speak and write English at a communicative level
• Good knowledge of computer hardware design and basic configuration elements
• Experience in configuration of MS Outlook, Teams applications and functions of MS Word, MS Excel programs
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi network configuration and maintenance
• Interpersonal skills -communicativeness, openness
• Fluency in Polish language required
• Residency in Poland required
