Consultant D365/PowerPlatform

We are looking for a Dynamics 365/Power Platform Consultant to join our team - Internal IT. Our team is about 40 specialists. We support the needs of internal customers on a daily basis. We develop recruitment, marketing and sales modules.

Your tasks

• Implementing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Analyzing customer business requirements and customizing applications to meet their needs
• Developing business models and processes using Dynamics 365, Power Apps and Power Automate
• Conducting end-user training and creating documentation
• Configuring and personalizing systems: customizing Dynamics 365 to meet specific requirements, including module configuration, workflow settings, developing solutions through plug-ins and integrations
• Collaborating with the project team and clients to create optimal solutions
• Work with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems, using tools such as Dataverse and APIs
• Tracking the latest trends and updates in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and Marketing modules), Power Apps and Power Automate
• Practical ability to configure and integrate Dynamics 365 systems
• Experience in developing solutions based on Model-Driven Apps
• Ability to analyze business processes and find optimal solutions.
• Knowledge of Dataverse and other data sources
• Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and customers at various levels of the organization
• Independent problem solving and teamwork skills
• Ability to conduct presentations and user workshops
• Fluency in Polish language required
• Residency in Poland required
  
  

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL
• Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-200, MB-300, PL-900, MB-910)
• Knowledge of English at a minimum B1 level
