WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Germany (Frankfurt).

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

• Independent commercial management of commercial properties (logistics)
• Tenant support and relationship management
• Supervision and coordination of service providers, utilities, and suppliers
• Lease contract management and accounts receivable management
• Preparation of service charge statements in collaboration with the accounting team
• Budget preparation and budget control
• Cost monitoring and cost optimization
• Handover and takeover of rental spaces
• Regular inspections of properties
• Timely preparation of reports
• Close collaboration with technical property managers, accounting, and asset management
  
  
  

What You Need To Shine In This Role

• Completed real estate-specific training (e.g., Real Estate Clerk, Real Estate Specialist) or a related degree, preferably with an additional qualification (e.g., Real Estate Economist)
• Several years of experience in property management for commercial real estate
• Independent and responsible working style
• Confident demeanor when dealing with tenants and a strong service-oriented mindset
• Strong team spirit, commitment, flexibility, and assertiveness
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with ERP/Property Management systems, especially Yardi
• Language skills: German (native or bilingual level), English (professional working level)
