WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Technical Property Manager to join our team in Germany (Frankfurt).

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

• Ensuring, monitoring, and managing the operational technical property management
• Monitoring compliance with maintenance and inspection plans as well as general safety regulations and legal requirements
• Technical assessment, recommendation, commissioning, and coordination of CapEx and repair measures
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers
• Warranty management and insurance claims management
• Budget preparation and control
• Managing costs, quality, budget, and timelines
• Conducting regular property inspections
• Close collaboration with commercial property managers and asset management
  
  
  

What You Need To Shine In This Role

• Completed degree in a technical field or technical training, preferably with an additional qualification (e.g., real estate economist)
• Solid technical experience in property and/or facility management for commercial real estate
• Independent and self-reliant working style
• Strong network of craftsmen and service providers
• Team player with commitment, flexibility, and assertiveness
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Language skills: German (native or bilingual level), English (professional working level)
