Role Overview

Are you an innovative and motivated Design Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge engineering solutions? In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing advanced solutions for the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed design concepts and engineering drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and sales, to ensure product feasibility and alignment with customer requirements.
• Conduct research and analysis to optimize design performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical design issues during the prototyping and testing phases.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in production.
• Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design engineering, ideally within the transportation, agriculture or manufacturing industries.
• Strong proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to a diverse audience.
• A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and material selection.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
