Infrastructure Engineer

German speaking and writing skills, ideally fluent but a minimum of B1 to B2

Some English speaking (at a conversational level) would be great, but German speaking is much more important

Ability to upgrade laptops to Windows 11 (at the desktop with the end user) and spend time with each user ensuring that all of their data and files are saved and not lost

Physical hardware skills (networking) - i.e., able to install, terminate and troubleshoot different kinds of network cables and also different kinds of networking devices like routers, switches, network interface cards, etc.,

The engineer will be interacting with users everyday should have great communication skills and be very patient

Should have an understanding of agile methodology but this is not essential.

Also, having some experience of Azure and Devops would also be nice to have, but is not essential for the role.
