Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Fluency in German required)

Role:
Generate new business opportunities using proactive outreach, lead generation and cross-selling to existing clients
Drive new business acquisition through phone calls, emails, social channels and your own creative methods
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in the DACH region
Continuously identify opportunities to expand market share and enhance customer satisfaction
provide a seamless client experience from prospecting to onboarding
Track and measure sales goals and metrics via the company's CRM system
Requirements:
Bi-lingual fluency in German and English
Ideally educated to degree level
Ideally some background in sales or business development and familiarity with a CRM system
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the easy ability to create rapport with others
A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
